Arhatic Yoga Preparatory

A structured path to spiritual development, held twice each year, open to practitioners from anywhere in the world.

Widely known within our local fraternity as the Arhatic Yoga Fast Track — the name given to this program by the practitioner who created it.

Individually, these are five separate courses — often taken one at a time, spread across months or years. We have brought them together into a single, continuous spiritual development program, conducted back-to-back, in the coastal region of Konkan and at the GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Ashram near Pune.

This is not a course calendar. It is one complete pathway — and one of very few places in the world where it is offered this way.

THE ESSENCE OF ARHATIC YOGA

The word Arhat refers to one who has reached a high level of inner development — someone of clear character, disciplined practice, and genuine service to others. Arhatic Yoga was developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, drawing on decades of study across several traditions, including classical paths of yoga, to form one structured, balanced approach to inner growth.

Its practice touches every part of a person — spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical — rather than growth in one area alone. Meditation, purification, character building, and service are practiced together, so that development stays grounded and balanced rather than one-sided.

A defining feature of this path is that it does not ask a person to step away from ordinary life. Family, work, and daily responsibility are not obstacles to this practice — they are part of it.

WHY THIS FORMAT IS RARE

Around the world, Basic Pranic Healing, Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy, Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul, and the Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Course are almost always taken as separate courses — spread across months or years, at different times and places, each requiring its own trip and its own wait.

This program brings all five together into one continuous sequence, back-to-back, in the coastal region of Konkan and at the GMCKS Arhatic Yoga Ashram near Pune. It is a format offered in very few places in the world — not five separate events to plan around, but a single, complete pathway from start to finish.

For a practitioner traveling from abroad, this means the entire pathway can be completed in a single visit, rather than five separate trips spread across years.

WHY THE FOUNDATIONAL COURSES COME FIRST

Arhatic Yoga is an advanced practice, and it asks for real preparation. Traditionally, a practitioner completes Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul, Basic Pranic Healing, Advanced Pranic Healing and Pranic Psychotherapy before beginning the Arhatic Yoga Preparatory Course itself — each course building the foundation for the one after it.

This is why our program brings all five together, in sequence, rather than leaving practitioners to piece the path together over months or years on their own.
