What is Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing is a science and an art. It works with prana — the life energy present in and around every living being — to help restore balance in the body, mind, and emotions.
It requires no physical touch, no equipment, and no change to any medical treatment already in place. It simply works with energy that is already there.
The Origins of Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing was developed by Master Choa Kok Sui, who studied energy systems across many traditions and distilled them into a structured, practical, and teachable method. His work made this knowledge accessible to ordinary people, not only spiritual practitioners.
Today, Pranic Healing is practiced by people across the world — in homes, schools, hospitals, and communities — as a simple, disciplined approach to energy and wellbeing
How Pranic Healing Works
Every living being has an energy body, sometimes called an aura, that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. This energy body absorbs, circulates, and expresses life force.
When this energy becomes depleted, congested, or imbalanced, it can be felt as physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, or mental fog. Pranic Healing works directly with this energy — cleansing what is congested and energizing what is depleted — to support the body’s own natural capacity to restore balance.
The Three Steps
Scanning
Sensing the condition of a person’s energy body.
Cleansing
Removing congested or diseased energy.
Energizing
Projecting fresh energy to restore balance.
This can be done in person or from a distance, since prana is not limited by physical proximity.
What Pranic Healing Is Not
Pranic Healing is not a religion. It does not require any particular belief system.
It is not a substitute for medical treatment, and it makes no claim to cure or diagnose any condition.
It is not a performance or a display — it is a quiet, structured discipline, practiced with humility and consistency.
Pranic Healing as a Way of Living
Beyond individual sessions, Pranic Healing offers a way of approaching daily life — through meditation, self-discipline, emotional awareness, and service to others. Many who begin with a single healing session find themselves gradually drawn to this larger way of living.
A Note on Medical Care
Pranic Healing is a complementary system of energy healing. It does not diagnose, cure, or replace medical treatment, and should always be practiced alongside appropriate medical care where needed.
