2. Not Medical or Psychological Advice
Pranic Healing, Twin Hearts Meditation, Arhatic Yoga, Pranic Permaculture, and all related practices offered by the Practice are complementary energy-based and spiritual practices. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic diagnosis, treatment, or advice. No statement made on this website, or during any session, course, or program, should be construed as medical or clinical advice.
You should not delay seeking, discontinue, disregard, or alter any medical or psychological treatment on the basis of anything received through our services, and should continue to follow the guidance of your treating physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other licensed professional independently of any services received from us.

Outcomes from Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, Pranic Permaculture, or any related practice vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. 5. Certification and Training Authority
The Practice, through Metta House and Moksha.eco, organizes and hosts Pranic Healing courses, Arhatic Yoga programs, and related training. All formal certification associated with such training is issued under the authority of the World Pranic Healing Foundation and its subsidiary and authorized bodies. The Practice acts solely as an organizer and host of these programs and does not independently issue certification outside that authority.
6. Pranic Permaculture — Independent Framework
Pranic Permaculture™ is an independently trademarked framework, developed through independent study and practice at Moksha.eco. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified through the World Pranic Healing Foundation or any of its subsidiary or authorized bodies, and shall not be represented, marketed, or understood as such.
7. Assumption of Risk
Participation in any session, course, camp, or program offered by the Practice, whether in person or remote, is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own discretion and risk. By participating, you knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing in connection with that participation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Practice, its practitioners, organizers, and affiliated individuals from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website, your participation in any session, course, or program, or your breach of this Disclaimer.
