By accessing this website, or by booking, attending, or otherwise engaging any service offered by Pranic Healing Ratnagiri (“we,” “us,” “our,” “the Practice”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this website and refrain from engaging our services.
2. Services Offered
The Practice offers distance healing, in-person healing sessions, Pranic Healing courses, Arhatic Yoga programs, Twin Hearts Meditation, Pranic Permaculture education, and related community wellness activities, delivered through our locations in Mandangad (Metta House and Moksha.eco) and online via WhatsApp, video call, or distance healing methods.
3. Nature of Services
Pranic Healing, Arhatic Yoga, Twin Hearts Meditation, and Pranic Permaculture are complementary energy-based and spiritual practices. They are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. 4. Bookings, Scheduling, and Cancellations
- Sessions, courses, and camps are booked via WhatsApp, phone, or through this website.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any session, course, or camp due to unforeseen circumstances, and will provide reasonable notice wherever possible.
- Where you wish to cancel or reschedule a booking, please inform us as early as possible via WhatsApp. Course and camp bookings may carry specific cancellation terms communicated to you at the time of booking.
5. Payments and Fees
Fees for courses, camps, or paid sessions will be communicated clearly before booking is confirmed. Free healing sessions, where offered, are provided at no cost as stated on this website. Payments once made for courses or camps are generally non-refundable except where expressly agreed otherwise at the time of booking, or as required by applicable law.
6. Eligibility and Capacity
Our services are intended for adults capable of entering into a binding agreement. Minors may participate in sessions, courses, or camps only with the informed knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on the minor’s behalf and accompanies or authorizes the minor’s participation as required.
7. Conduct
We expect all participants attending sessions, courses, or camps at Metta House or Moksha.eco, or joining remotely, to engage respectfully with practitioners, staff, and fellow participants. We reserve the right to decline service or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe to others, without refund where such removal results from the participant’s own conduct.
8. Certification and Training Authority
The Practice, through Metta House and Moksha.eco, organizes and hosts Pranic Healing courses, Arhatic Yoga programs, and related training. All formal certification associated with such training is issued under the authority of the World Pranic Healing Foundation and its subsidiary and authorized bodies. The Practice acts solely as an organizer and host of these programs and does not independently issue certification outside that authority.
9. Pranic Permaculture — Independent Framework
Pranic Permaculture™ is an independently trademarked framework, developed through independent study and practice at Moksha.eco. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified through the World Pranic Healing Foundation or any of its subsidiary or authorized bodies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, course materials, the Pranic Permaculture™ trademark, and any original frameworks or written material, remains the property of the Practice or its respective owners and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Outcomes from any session, course, or program offered by the Practice vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed. Testimonials or results described by other clients are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of similar results for any other individual.
12. Assumption of Risk
Participation in any session, course, camp, or program offered by the Practice, whether in person or remote, is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk. By participating, you assume full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing in connection with that participation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Practice, its practitioners, organizers, and affiliated individuals shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of this website or your participation in any service, session, course, or program offered by the Practice.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Practice, its practitioners, organizers, and affiliated individuals from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of this website, your participation in any session, course, or program, or your breach of these Terms.

This website may reference or link to third-party organizations, including the World Pranic Healing Foundation and its subsidiary bodies, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other platforms. The Practice does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or organization referenced here.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Practice’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
